Job Summary

Develop and own enterprise data architecture for customers, advising at architecture and data-management level with a focus on hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP). Design and implement scalable, secure, high-performance data platforms across cloud and on-prem, leveraging modern architectures and streaming technologies. Build and present innovative offerings for new and existing customers while acting as a thought leader and helping grow the Data Architecture team.

Key Responsibilities

•Advise customers at enterprise level on architecture and data-management solutions, with a focus on at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure or GCP).
•Design and implement scalable, secure, high-performance data platforms in both cloud and on-prem environments.
•Develop and present innovative offerings for new and existing customers.
•Act as a thought leader in the data community and share expertise strategically.
•Take responsibility within the Data Architecture team and actively contribute to building up the area.

Key Requirements

•Completed technical degree (e.g., computer science, business informatics, math, engineering).
•Several years of experience in a technical architecture role with consulting experience.
•Experience in technical customer consulting, solution selling, and deep expertise in data architecture, data engineering, and data governance (Databricks, Snowflake).
•Hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), plus big data/streaming technologies; knowledge of Data Mesh and Event-Driven Architecture.
•Strong communication in German and English, able to explain complex technical concepts to management and business teams.
