Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end production hiring outcomes for Connected Warfare, including headcount planning, demand forecasting, requisition prioritization, and delivery against hiring targets.
  • •Act as the primary strategic talent partner to the Head of TA and senior divisional leaders, translating business objectives into executable hiring strategies.
  • •Provide regular reporting on hiring health, pipeline velocity, capacity constraints, and risk mitigation, defining SLAs, hiring goals, and success metrics.
  • •Personally execute full-cycle recruiting for priority roles (including leadership and first-of-their-kind positions) and set recruiting standards for sourcing, engagement, assessment rigor, and offers.
  • •Align centralized production recruiting priorities, coach recruiters through feedback and QA without formal people management responsibility, and lead surge/high-volume hiring initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of talent acquisition experience, including recent full-cycle production or technical recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • •Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight across complex hiring portfolios, competing priorities, and ambiguous situations.
  • •Strong business partnership skills influencing and advising Director-level and above stakeholders on hiring strategy and escalations.
  • •Demonstrated program management capability leading hiring initiatives beyond individual requisitions and coordinating results through others.
  • •Excellent analytical and communication skills using data to drive decisions and present hiring health narratives to senior leadership.
