Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a safety leader by complying with and sponsoring critical safety, environmental regulations, controls, and procedures.
  • •Receive, review, and manage maintenance requests from operations, maintenance, metallurgy, and other areas.
  • •Validate and refine work orders (OT), ensuring data quality, clear scope, and correct prioritization.
  • •Consolidate and unify major maintenance shutdown scope to avoid duplications, gaps, and conflicts across disciplines.
  • •Develop detailed execution plans (sequences, activities, durations, resources, and constraints) and coordinate integration across areas for efficient, safe execution.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Professional degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • •At least 5–8 years of maintenance planning experience in mining, ideally in major maintenance (shutdowns).
  • •Experience in shutdown maintenance planning and scheduling.
  • •Advanced proficiency with planning/control tools such as Maximo or SAP PM, MS Project or Primavera, and advanced Excel.
  • •Availability to work in Santiago on a 5x2 on-site schedule with frequent travel to Quebrada Blanca operations.
