Provide an exceptional customer experience by building long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers. •Cultivate, maintain, and enhance customer relationships through proactive outreach in person, over the phone, or other channels.

•Maintain working knowledge of products, services, and processes offered to support customer conversations.
•Collaborate with internal partners to ensure customer needs are met and problems are resolved.
•Process teller transactions and follow balancing guidelines while adhering to risk and ethics policies.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma/GED and 6 months customer service experience, or a college degree or equivalent military experience.
•Ability to use a consultative approach to uncover customer needs and tailor recommendations, solutions, and advice.
•Maintain working knowledge of the bank’s products, services, and processes.
•Ability to analyze customer credit data and related financial information to recommend appropriate solutions.
•Must obtain SAFE Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
