Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide client-facing associate support across education research and consulting projects, with a heavy focus on direct material client interaction.
  • •Manage and execute project work while translating insights into clear, client-ready presentations.
  • •Conduct intensive data analysis and identify key “so-what” insights to inform recommendations.
  • •Design high-fidelity prototypes and user interface elements, including user flows and interactive components.
  • •Implement frontend work using HTML5/CSS3 and applicable frontend frameworks/tools to support project deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in graphic arts/design, visual communication, user interface/user experience design, web development, or a related field.
  • •2+ years of experience in a professional, client-facing graphic/web designer or web developer role.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
  • •Ability to design high-fidelity prototypes in Sketch, Figma, or similar tools, including user flows and interactive UI elements.
  • •Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3.
