Key Responsibilities

  • •Accountable for all training courses assigned, advocating for active, engaging, inclusive, learner-centric content.
  • •Ensure end-to-end training design processes are DSAT compliant, manage media enhancements and quality, and address delays proactively.
  • •Produce high-quality training design, e-learning and courseware materials using a variety of media and technology.
  • •Contribute to instructional strategy, analyze and implement changes to training programmes and methodologies.
  • •Build strong stakeholder relationships with subject matter experts and manage accreditation opportunities and continuous professional development.
