Job Summary

Designs and develops blended, active training content and e-learning for the Royal Navy Training Design Service, ensuring learner-centric, DSAT-compliant courseware. Collaborates with SMEs to review, update, and improve training programs, while building stakeholder relationships and supporting accreditation and professional development in a defence training context.

Key Responsibilities

•Accountable for all training courses assigned, advocating for active, engaging, inclusive, learner-centric content.
•Ensure end-to-end training design processes are DSAT compliant, manage media enhancements and quality, and address delays proactively.
•Produce high-quality training design, e-learning and courseware materials using a variety of media and technology.
•Contribute to instructional strategy, analyze and implement changes to training programmes and methodologies.
•Build strong stakeholder relationships with subject matter experts and manage accreditation opportunities and continuous professional development.
