Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and review manual journal entries and ensure bookings/accounting are accurate and maintained on time.
  • •Prepare/review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure balances are correct with appropriate documentation.
  • •Maintain control, allocation, recording, and physical verification processes for fixed assets and payroll accounting activities.
  • •Perform and deliver month-end close and provide financial statement analytical reviews from an accounting perspective.
  • •Support local ORUs with accurate data for group consolidation and reporting and assist with internal/external audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • •Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience (or related field), preferably in a Japanese company or supporting Japanese internal/external customers, with 1+ year in RTR/GL preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • •Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP preferred).
