Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and own critical HBM analog circuits, including high-speed transmitters/receivers, clock generation (PLLs, DLLs, CDRs), and SerDes-related analog blocks.
  • •Develop and validate analog designs meeting bandwidth, jitter, noise, power, and area requirements through robust simulation.
  • •Conduct detailed pre-layout and post-layout simulations and analyses (PVT, Monte Carlo, mismatch, aging).
  • •Work with layout engineers on floorplanning and symmetry requirements, ensure matching/shielding, and review/sign off analog layouts.
  • •Drive layout-aware design optimizations and define best practices for analog design, documentation, and reuse across teams.
