Job Summary

Install, troubleshoot, calibrate, maintain, and repair electrical/electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, measurement, control, and automation systems at pipeline and related facilities. Work with instruments such as flow computers, PLCs, DCS/SCADA, probes, analyzers, and related equipment, while performing preventative maintenance and testing. Maintain electrical power and high-voltage equipment, prepare maintenance and safety/environmental records, and follow DOT-covered pipeline safety and emergency response expectations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead or perform specialized installation, troubleshooting, calibration/adjustment, and maintenance/repair of electrical/electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, analyzer, measurement, control, and automation systems.
•Perform preventative maintenance and/or analytical testing on compressors/engines, drivers, and auxiliary equipment.
•Maintain electrical power circuits, switch gear, and power distribution including high voltage.
•Perform and/or observe measurement equipment witness tests and install/maintain security/intrusion systems.
•Maintain, calculate, prepare, and approve maintenance, safety/environmental reports, mechanical drawings, electrical schematics/diagrams, pressure readings, and work planning/procedures; support DOT-covered pipeline operations and emergency response as required.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 128,000

Key Requirements

•Experience in use and function of tools and equipment applicable to the position, including manual/power tools and electronic testing devices.
•Experience and training related to gas processing fundamentals, computers/software, governmental rules/codes, and safe handling of flammable gases, liquids, and high-pressure systems.
•Ability to read and interpret repair orders, mechanical drawings, procedures, charts/diagrams, dials, gauges, and equipment manuals.
•Experience preparing, processing, or verifying maintenance and repair records, safety/environmental reports, electrical schematics/diagrams, pressure readings, and material/supply orders.
•Knowledge of instrumentation, electronics, tools, and control systems, including reciprocating or gas turbine engines, compressors, and related electronic/processing equipment.
