Job Summary

Own architectural services across process industry construction projects, from planning and concept through detailed design and implementation. Lead pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical building/room layout design for cGMP compliance, plus process/manufacturing plant layout development. Prepare and check architectural drawings and specifications, coordinate interfaces across disciplines, and drive Revit 3D model coordination and BIM implementation. Support cost management, value engineering, client presentations, and ongoing department technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver architectural solutions across site master planning, feasibility studies, scheme/detail design, and construction support stages.
•Develop pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical building and room layouts to optimize cGMP compliance, manufacturing efficiency, and operability.
•Create plant layouts for process/manufacturing facilities.
•Prepare, check, and approve architectural design deliverables (drawings and specifications) across project stages and coordinate interfaces with other disciplines.
•Coordinate Revit 3D models, support BIM implementation, and provide cost management/value engineering inputs for cleanrooms and architectural aspects.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 8 years experience with demonstrable proficiency in process industries.
•Demonstrable architectural design experience for design codes and standards, with knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and sustainability.
•Industry awareness across pharmaceutical, science and technology, chemical, and food sectors.
•Experience with cGMP requirements and in-depth knowledge of cleanroom construction.
•Extensive AutoCAD and Revit experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and NBS software.
