Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage the product backlog across one or more teams, keeping it continuously refined, prioritized, and aligned to delivery outcomes.
  • •Translate product direction into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria, minimizing ambiguity.
  • •Act as the primary liaison between engineering, stakeholders, and leadership; communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs clearly.

  • •7+ years working with Agile/Scrum teams, driving execution discipline and improving delivery predictability.
  • •Proven experience managing complex, multi-team backlogs and delivering software end-to-end with measurable outcomes and reduced fragmentation.
