Job Summary

We’re seeking a B2B Social Content Creator focused on LinkedIn to own the full lifecycle of Polar’s LinkedIn content, including ideation from customer calls and product launches to publishing posts and running LinkedIn Ads that generate real pipeline. You’ll produce 8-10+ posts weekly across accounts, create visuals, edit videos, and analyze ad performance, working closely with the CEO and GTM team.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the full lifecycle of LinkedIn content: generate post ideas from customer calls, product launches, and market trends; write outlines and publish-ready content; craft hooks and CTAs; create visuals; manage a backlog of posts per account; experiment with formats (text, carousels, video, screenshots).
•Edit video content: turn customer call recordings into social-format clips with subtitles; create Screen Studio recordings and screen captures; build YouTube thumbnails and manage exports.
•Oversee LinkedIn Ads and performance: review and manage ad promotions targeting relevant audiences; report on pipeline-driven metrics; review signup and app install data from ad-driven workflows.
•Collaborate directly with the CEO and GTM team to ensure content aligns with strategic goals and drives measurable impact.
•Maintain a content backlog and operate across multiple accounts, delivering 8-10+ posts per week while optimizing for engagement and pipeline quality.

•You know your way around Figma, Veed.io, iMovie, Screen Studio, and YouTube Studio
•You're fluent with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and use them to move faster, not replace thinking

•You move fast, make smart shortcuts, and don't wait for permission
