•Create test systems to support all phases of product development.
•Define cable harnesses, breakout interfaces, and test hardware setups, and develop/maintain test setup documentation.
•Collaborate with SW/FW for test modes, stimulation, and telemetry; configure and verify DUT operating modes prior to and during EMC testing.

•Proficient in designing electrical harnessing for rugged commercial, industrial, aerospace, or military applications.
•Familiar with electrical bus interfaces (CAN, Ethernet, RS422, RS232, MIL-STD-1553).
•Proficient with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCad), plus ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
