Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, analyze, and translate customer feature requirements into actionable inputs for internal product development teams.
  • •Ensure customer‑required collateral is developed and delivered on time to support customer product development schedules.
  • •Coordinate with manufacturing and business operations teams to ensure sufficient part availability for initial deployments and field replacements.
  • •Track firmware, ROCm, and BKC versions to ensure correct hardware and software configurations in customer deployments.
  • •Develop and maintain integrated program schedules that account for driver, software stack, and hardware/firmware dependencies.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of proven project management experience in a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence across a matrix organization.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading programs across geographically distributed teams, including Asia and North America.
  • •Flexibility to support global program execution across time zones.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
