Control Room Operator (Stockton, CA, US)

Oversee shift operations to ensure safe and efficient production of steam and electricity. Lead coordination, monitoring, and control of on-shift activities as the senior on-duty authority, taking action to protect people, the environment, and equipment. Manage station operations including startup, shutdown, inspections, chemical testing, switching and tagging, troubleshooting, and procedure updates, while supporting maintenance planning, administrative reporting, training, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
