Drive continual improvement in semiconductor device and process technologies within a growing 300mm analog and embedded wafer fab. Use semiconductor device physics to enable competitive process and parametric enhancements, including characterization, test, design of experiments, data analysis, and simulation. Own technology parametric performance, improve parametric Cpk, and investigate scrap/outliers through root-cause and experiment evaluation while coordinating cross-functional teams to transfer and qualify advanced technologies.

•Enable competitive technology through process and parametric improvements using semiconductor device physics.
•Drive process and device improvements via characterization, test, design of experiments, data analysis, and simulation.
•Own technology parametric performance and improve parametric Cpk.
•Determine root causes for scrap/outliers and define/evaluate experiments to improve processes.
•Lead cross-functional efforts to transfer, develop, qualify, and manufacture advanced analog and embedded technologies, including coordination with process, integration, reliability, packaging, and test engineers and product groups.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 81,500 - 126,000

Key Requirements

•2 years relevant engineering experience.
•Bachelor’s degree in EE/ECE or semiconductor-specific study (solid state physics, applied physics, or quantum mechanics).
•Knowledge of semiconductor solid state physics (devices and materials).
•Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Strong communication and presentation skills for technical discussions and project status updates.
