Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technical knowledge of semiconductor device physics to enable competitive technology through process and parametric improvements.
  • •Drive process and device improvements using characterization, testing, design of experiments, data analysis, and simulation.
  • •Own technology parametric performance and improve parametric Cpk.
  • •Conduct parametric test dispositions, including root cause determination for scrap/outliers, and define/evaluate experiments to improve processes.
  • •Lead cross-functional collaboration to support transfer, development, qualification, and manufacturing of advanced analog and embedded technologies, including product flow creation/review and short flow development.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's or PhD in EE/ECE or semiconductor-specific fields such as solid state physics, applied physics, or quantum mechanics.
  • •4 years of experience in a semiconductor factory working with semiconductor devices and transitioning new technology from introduction to production on schedule.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of semiconductor devices and integration.
  • •Experience with 65nm and below process technology nodes.
  • •Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across functions.
