Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience while meeting personal and store sales goals. Represent the brand, build client relationships through styling and product expertise, and drive revenue via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS and clienteling/social selling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and asset protection.

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily operations including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical tasks including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering the sales floor/stockroom.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling/data acquisition (preferred).
