Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new systems to protect their families.
  • •Provide consultative guidance supported by coaching and leadership training to grow within the organization.
  • •Conduct a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for customers and technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license and good driving record; pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements per applicable law.
  • •Sales mindset with experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales.

  • •Technical aptitude with experience helpful in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar.
  • •Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs and climb ladders (up to 14 feet) while working in confined spaces like attics.
