Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the local strategic plan to grow the Property & Buildings team and expand market share.
  • •Lead pursuits and client engagement, serving as a local and regional face of the firm and promoting brand visibility and pipeline development.
  • •Manage local project and office financial performance, including KPIs such as Sales, Funding, EBITDA, DSO, utilization, backlog, and hiring/retention.
  • •Provide operational excellence through process improvement and regular reviews of client and employee experience.
  • •Lead people and culture by attracting, developing, inspiring, and supporting multidisciplinary teams and staff while promoting safety, sustainability, and ethics & compliance programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural Engineering or Architecture; PE or RA license preferred.
  • •12+ years of experience in design, including leadership roles.
  • •Proven track record in business development and client engagement within the property and buildings sector.
  • •Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • •At least 10+ years of project management experience (preferred).
