Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
  • •Develop in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • •Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to reach customers, set appointments, and support periodic financial reviews.
  • •Focus on cross-selling and conduct outside sales activities as directed, including membership presentations and community events.
  • •Provide guidance on sales and referral processes, maintain confidentiality, and meet customer experience and production goals while following risk policies.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Ability to engage in sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to established customers.
  • •Demonstrated ability to understand advanced math for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •Ability to obtain S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at the time of employment.
