Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement test plans for new features and bug fixes to maintain product quality.
  • •Review and analyze test results, report software quality and stability status, and test/certify software, SDKs, and AI model quality.
  • •Collaborate with account managers and software developers to understand customer requirements and formulate imagery and remote sensing solutions.
  • •Work with software project teams to build new software and plan future releases.
  • •Help test imagery processing and analysis user experiences and workflows using customer data, and support roadmap development for relevant ArcGIS products.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of industry experience in software development or QA, preferably in product-based or geospatial consulting environments.
  • •Strong understanding of image analysis and remote sensing techniques.
  • •Hands-on experience with QA processes, implementing test plans, and developing or managing test automation and product certification.
  • •Familiarity with GIS concepts, spatial data, and geospatial workflows.
  • •Basic understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and AI prompt engineering, plus technical writing experience and effective project/time management.
