Job Summary

Senior credit professional responsible for ownership of credit approvals for an assigned wealth banking portfolio, leading credit structuring, collateral analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to meet client needs while complying with Group Credit Policy within FAB’s Wealth Banking segment.

Key Responsibilities

•Take credit ownership from underwriting to obtain necessary approvals for the assigned portfolio within Wealth Banking.
•Demonstrate deep knowledge of products, industry, markets, and financial statements to respond swiftly across product groups.
•Structure loan facilities for High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients using various lending structures (Leveraged Investments, Lombard, real estate, insurance financing).
•Collaborate with Coverage & Product teams and engage with clients to structure propositions that meet bank requirements and client needs.
•Display strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of credit.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required
•Desirable Chartered Accountant/MBA or CFA/FRM (or diploma)
•Minimum 10 years relevant banking experience with at least 4-5 years in credit function
•Expert knowledge of credit products including Lombard lending, real estate financing, FX and derivatives
•Strong structuring skills and understanding of legal and regulatory framework
