Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and support Windows Server environments across production, test, and development platforms.
  • •Support server provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and decommissioning activities.
  • •Develop and optimize PowerShell scripts to automate routine operational tasks.
  • •Automate operational processes including server validation, service monitoring, disk management, compliance reporting, and patch deployment.
  • •Collaborate with application teams during maintenance windows, deployments, upgrades, and incident investigations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • •5+ years of hands-on experience in Windows Server administration.
  • •Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
  • •Experience managing Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments and enterprise monitoring/management tools.
  • •Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management) and strong troubleshooting/analytical skills.
