Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with project planning, including site layout, scheduling, and resource allocation for timely completion.
  • •Supervise on-site activities, monitoring progress, quality control, and adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow and resolve issues.
  • •Manage procurement, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment to support project requirements.
  • •Monitor project costs, maintain operational documentation (including progress reports and as-built drawings), and support HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience in construction/site engineering.
  • •3 years of relevant working experience.
  • •Proficiency in construction techniques, methods, and materials used in building projects.
  • •Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations (including OSHA) to conduct risk assessments and enforce safety protocols.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills; plus effective communication and problem-solving for site challenges.
