Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and reason about integration experiences with a strong focus on end-user simplicity and developer experience.
  • •Build full-stack solutions across Stripe's ecosystem, including back-end services and integrations with other Stripe primitives.
  • •Engage directly with users to understand their business needs and translate requirements into concrete solutions.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, partnerships, eng platforms, and other engineering teams to deliver these solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of fullstack engineering experience. Demonstrated ability to ship and maintain critical user-facing products.
  • •Strong command of verbal and written English.
  • •Experience working across geographies and collaborating with diverse teams.
  • •Experience leading technical teams as a technical lead on scalable software projects.
  • •Ability to build extensible software solutions that scale to different user needs while advocating for excellent user experiences.
