Job Summary

Join Stripe's Global Payments Experiences team to design and build new payment methods for LATAM and North America. You’ll craft end-user–oriented integration experiences, deliver full-stack solutions including back-end services and integrations, engage with users to translate needs into concrete features, and collaborate with product, partnerships, and other engineering teams across geographies to expand Stripe’s global payments reach.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and reason about integration experiences with a strong focus on end-user simplicity and developer experience.
•Build full-stack solutions across Stripe's ecosystem, including back-end services and integrations with other Stripe primitives.
•Engage directly with users to understand their business needs and translate requirements into concrete solutions.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, partnerships, eng platforms, and other engineering teams to deliver these solutions.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of fullstack engineering experience. Demonstrated ability to ship and maintain critical user-facing products.
•Strong command of verbal and written English.
•Experience working across geographies and collaborating with diverse teams.
•Experience leading technical teams as a technical lead on scalable software projects.
•Ability to build extensible software solutions that scale to different user needs while advocating for excellent user experiences.
