Job Summary

Build and ship end-to-end full-stack applications on Salesforce’s Agentforce platform. You’ll own backend API, data modeling, and polished React/TypeScript UI, while developing AI agent tooling with LLM-backed workflows and modern agentic frameworks. Key Responsibilities

•Architect, design, and ship scalable full-stack applications on the Agentforce platform, owning backend API, data modeling, and UI experiences.
•Build and iterate on AI agent tooling using agentic frameworks and LLM-backed workflows, contributing to platform-level multi-agent systems.
•Build and ship production-grade software using modern engineering practices, with AI as a core part of the development workflow.
•Design and orchestrate complex systems where AI agents integrate seamlessly into human workflows to drive efficiency and innovation at scale.

Key Requirements

•Deep knowledge of OOP (Java or Python) with proven full-stack ability, including owning UI (React/TypeScript), APIs, and backend services within the same product.
•Hands-on experience building on agentic platforms (Agentforce, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar), including prompt engineering, RAG patterns, and tool/function calling.
•A demonstrated, genuine AI-first approach to engineering, using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to move faster and build fluency across the stack.
•Related technical degree required.
