Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver assigned revenue targets through new client acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
  • •Execute the CAE sales methodology, including prospecting, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing.
  • •Manage the full sales cycle with accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking.
  • •Serve as the primary customer interface for maintenance training needs, advising customers and building trust-based relationships.
  • •Develop a territory plan, maintain a healthy pipeline, and secure signed contracts for scheduled training events.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • •Experience or network in Business Aviation Maintenance (including MROs) is a strong asset.
  • •Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage relationships in a global, culturally diverse environment.
  • •Excellent communication and influencing skills with customer-centric, advisory capabilities.
