Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership to identify, evaluate, improve, and maintain owned fab test tool sets.
  • •Lead improvement projects to support availability, uptime, capacity, maintenance cost, yield, quality, and productivity goals.
  • •Drive measurement quality and enhanced capability initiatives, including defining project objectives, schedules, and resource profiles.
  • •Select, purchase, install, qualify, and release new tool components and instruments; partner with vendors to debug tool performance.
  • •Investigate lot incidents/scrap/Potentially Non-Conforming Material events/tool interrupt events for root cause and implement permanent corrective actions, including creating/updating tool FMEAs and monitoring/maintenance procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors in Electrical Engineering with 12+ years of experience in a related test/process equipment role.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency selecting, purchasing, installing, qualifying, and releasing new tool components and instruments.
  • •Experience working with tool component and instrument suppliers/vendors to debug tool performance.
  • •Configuration, setup, programming, and use of EG4090 and TEL probers, including wafer-level analog DC and RF (DC-20+ GHz) measurements.
  • •Software programming using Linux and Windows OSs, plus Python and GitLab version control; familiarity with SPC/DOE and statistical hypothesis testing.
