Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the project from feasibility study through close-out, coordinating internal functions and external resources to ensure clear objectives and alignment.
  • •Oversee EHS, quality and schedule management, maintaining a zero-tolerance safety policy and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
  • •Supervise and motivate a project team of internal specialists and external consultants to foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.
  • •Identify and assess risks across technical, management, and financial dimensions; develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  • •Lead procurement support, including strategy development, contract setup, negotiation, and dispute resolution, and organize commissioning/start-up activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, project management, construction management or a related field.
  • •15+ years of progressive and combined hands-on experience as project manager in the oil & gas, energy, infrastructure or related industry.
  • •Experience in complex, large-scale offshore projects, with a solid understanding of FPSO / FLNG or other oil & gas facilities design, construction, and commissioning processes will be preferred.
  • •Proficiency in English is beneficial, especially for international projects with diverse teams.
