Key Responsibilities

•Audit our GTM stack (Clay, Hubspot, Salesforce, & Tofu); map data flows, identify enrichment gaps, and ship quick wins on lead quality.
•Own enrichment workflows end-to-end; build multi-provider data waterfalls; enable signal-based outreach at scale.
•Stand up intent-driven Tofu campaigns; write scripts to extend off-the-shelf tools and integrate with existing systems.
•Be the connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, and Data to ensure clean, reliable data pipelines.
•Maintain data quality by monitoring enrichment and match rates, ensuring data hygiene across systems.
