Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a high-volume book of accounts across a range of sizes and verticals, ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
  • •Kick off relationships with new customers, aligning on maintenance windows, hardware upgrades, and change freezes during peak seasons.
  • •Partner with internal teams to build standard playbooks for common non-technical customer tickets (billing, upgrade questions, move requests).
  • •Audit dormant accounts and schedule QBRs while monitoring support activity and sentiment to inform engagement strategy.
  • •Proactively review expansion signals like headcount or leasing activity and engage customers to discuss connectivity needs before leases are finalized.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a high-volume book of accounts across multiple verticals
  • •Proven ability to identify expansion opportunities within an existing book of business and contribute to quarterly forecast accuracy
  • •Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (Support, Marketing, Engineering) to resolve customer issues and drive product adoption
  • •Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable insights and partner with product/engineering to improve the offering
  • •Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of scheduling and conducting quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and customer escalations
