Key Responsibilities

•Own a critical part of ML by productionizing models end-to-end from training to live integration.
•Build and mature the ML platform, evolving model serving architecture and expanding reusable components adoption.
•Architect integration and system testing within training pipelines, automated releases, and drift monitoring to strengthen existing models.
•Launch completely revamped processes alongside data scientists and measure real-world network impact.
•Set and follow standards for how ML is shipped across the organization, including operational integration and releases.

Key Requirements

•At least two years deploying and operating models in production and four years building software on high-performing teams.
•Comfort shipping models into live systems by diving into unfamiliar codebases and languages.
•Experience building and maturing ML platforms, including model serving architecture and reusable components.
•Ability to strengthen models with integration and system testing within training pipelines, automated releases, and drift monitoring.
•Preference for building automation that removes manual labor rather than repeating it.
