Key Responsibilities

  • •Efficiently inspect and pack defect-free PET containers, label products, and move product while maintaining production speed.
  • •Assemble cartons, close/seal packed boxes, and handle special packaging arrangements or selections.
  • •Record quality and production details, including spoilage, weights, time/date packaged, and defects; discard scrap properly.
  • •Operate palletizer and robotic pack equipment; clear product jams and potentially reset the robotic arm after jams.
  • •Maintain compliance with GMP and SQF requirements, keep the work area clean, and assist with training new employees.

Key Requirements

  • •1 to 3 months related experience and/or training preferred, or equivalent education/experience.

  • •Ability to read and understand simple instructions and memos.
  • •Ability to follow written/oral instructions in standardized situations.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working around moving mechanical parts.
