Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical consultation and architecture design for customer cloud deployments, tailoring architectures to use cases and communicating solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Lead proactive engagement with key customers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of DigitalOcean workloads through regular business reviews and data-driven optimization.
•Advocate for customers by representing their needs in product development and coordinating with Engineering and Support to resolve escalations quickly.
•Develop tools and scripts to streamline technical engagements and continuously enhance customer engagement strategies.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Marketing, Account Management) to align customer needs with DigitalOcean's strategic goals and ensure successful outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 140,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in cloud infrastructure with deep knowledge of Linux, distributed systems, and automation.
•Programming or development experience with at least one mainstream language (e.g., Python, Go).
•Strong understanding of provisioning/deployment strategies with tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Docker.
•Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
•Familiarity with version control (Git), SQL, CI/CD tools, and AI/ML infrastructure principles.
