•Monitor stock levels, conduct stock counts, upsell seasonal/limited-edition items, and support events, tastings, and new launches while collecting customer feedback.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in hospitality or retail is an advantage.
•1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury goods, chocolate, or gourmet food.
•Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
•Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
