Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the accountable owner for complex customer programs from kickoff through go-live and early operations, owning scope, schedule, risk, and the customer relationship.
•Ensure PM coverage across all signed contracts by backstopping standard implementations that lack dedicated ownership.
•Orchestrate work across FDE-led technical workstreams, implementation configuration/deployment, engineering dependencies, and customer-side teams.
•Use AI tools to build apps, prototypes, and integrations (including standing up proof-of-concepts or unblocking workstreams with working prototypes).
•Run the customer relationship for owned programs and drive a clean, well-documented handoff to Customer Success after stable post go-live operation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 annually
