Job Summary

Join TikTok’s Ads AI team to help build AI-powered advertising tools as a PM Intern on the Ad AI Agent project. You’ll drive end-to-end product development, write PRDs, prototype user flows, and turn complex ideas into engineering-ready requirements. Partner closely with ML, engineering, design, and data teams to build metrics dashboards and perform analysis on product performance, agent behavior, and prompt/agent evaluation.

•Conduct data analysis and root cause attribution on product performance and agent behavior.
