Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support mid-large projects from concept to handover, delivering within quality, time, and budget.
  • •Prepare specifications, schedules, drawings, and other contract documents through RIBA/project stages.
  • •Manage mechanical design delivery from concept through completion.
  • •Attend project and client meetings on behalf of AECOM.
  • •Prepare planning, design, and feasibility reports and ensure compliance with the Project Management Plan and Programme.

Key Requirements

  • •Passion for helping clients solve building services challenges and be a strong team player across disciplines.
  • •Experience in building services design, including detailed design drawings and calculations, specification writing, and technical schedules.
  • •A track record seeing conceptual designs through to completion and working directly with clients.
  • •Experience delivering low-energy, sustainable designs and exposure to relevant sectors such as Blue Light, Defence, Justice, Industrial, and decarbonisation.
  • •Ideally be chartered or working towards chartered status, with a relevant mechanical/electrical/building services degree and working knowledge of REVIT/CAD (preferred).
