Job Summary

Design and operate a self-service internal development platform to enable MongoDB engineers to reliably deploy and operate production services. You’ll work with multiple teams, own and improve platform tooling, and drive automation, observability, and reliability across distributed systems running on Kubernetes in a hybrid Gurugram setup.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with engineering teams across MongoDB to understand platform requirements and gaps in development workflows
•Design self-service platform services and developer tooling focusing on reliability and appropriate abstraction from cloud infrastructure
•Regularly write and review automation, configuration management, and application code
•Author and review functional specifications and scoping documents for large platform projects and services
•Own and operate much of the internal development platform that runs MongoDB
