Job Summary

Drive North America pre-sales for Cadence systems solutions, using deep technical expertise to translate customer challenges into compelling technical and economic value. Build strong relationships with engineers, IT, and leadership, qualify complex business needs, and lead cross-functional pre-sales campaigns with Cadence technical teams. Support package and board design, signal/power/thermal integrity, and electromagnetic/RF/high-speed design discussions to gain buy-in and drive new business.

•Maximize value of Cadence solutions and workflows for the North America region using technical knowledge and industry experience.
•Connect with business and technology stakeholders to identify challenges and gain buy-in to drive new business.
•Qualify and assess complex customer technical and business needs.
•Drive successful pre-sales campaigns by setting objectives, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions with Cadence technical staff and customers.
•Foster and grow customer relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision makers.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of professional experience in a pre-sales role.
•Deep understanding of package and board design processes, including signal, power, and thermal integrity analysis.
•Ability to deliver technical and economic presentations for engineering and business stakeholders.
•Proven track record qualifying, understanding, and assessing complex technical and business customer challenges.
•MS or BS in a technical discipline (preferably EE). MBA is a plus.
