Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform electrical device characterization to identify electrical failure mechanisms.
  • •Operate fault isolation equipment to narrow failure defect locations.
  • •Conduct physical failure analysis to identify and classify physical defects.
  • •Develop hypotheses for electrical or process failure mechanisms to support process improvement.
  • •Collaborate across engineering and Global Quality to address defectivity and present failure mechanisms weekly.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Material Science.
  • •Proven team-player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and drive to excel.
  • •Excellent communication skills, including presenting complex information effectively in large meetings.
  • •Knowledge of fault isolation equipment, techniques, and physical failure analysis is a significant advantage.
  • •Ability to support shift rotation as required; exposure to AI/machine learning or data analytics for fault isolation, failure analysis, or process optimization is beneficial.
