Job Summary

Help Premier Success customers increase adoption and value of Informatica-powered data management and integration solutions. You’ll deliver 1:1 coaching, prescriptive recommendations, and tailored success strategies across data integration, data quality, governance, and MDM. Based in Bangalore, you’ll partner with Account Executives and Support while using AI-assisted tools and staying current on emerging trends to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide prescriptive recommendations, best practices, and technical advice to improve customer adoption.
•Deliver 1:1 expert coaching sessions and ad-hoc success engagements.
•Develop deep expertise in Informatica products across integration, data quality, governance, and MDM.
•Help customers consistently achieve business outcomes and realize value from AI-powered Informatica capabilities.
•Stay current on data management, automation, and AI trends to provide forward-looking guidance and generate positive feedback.

Key Requirements

•Solid understanding of data integration, data governance, and enterprise data architecture concepts.
•3-5 years of experience in a post-sale role, preferably in enterprise SaaS or data management.
•Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies.
•Consultative, customer-focused engagement style.
•Ability to navigate, escalate, and lead efforts on complex customer requests.
