Key Responsibilities

  • •Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members through guidance, feedback, and performance reviews; foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • •Lead multidisciplinary project teams and act as primary point of contact for clients across all project phases; ensure structured communication and strong relationships.
  • •Develop and drive project execution strategy, success factors, and KPIs; establish governance frameworks and control mechanisms for quality, safety, compliance, risk, and environmental management.
  • •Lead project controls for schedule, cost, risk, and change management; provide executive-level reporting and performance dashboards for leadership decision-making.
  • •Oversee end-to-end procurement (tender strategy to vendor selection) and manage invoicing via Dynamics 365 (D365), including invoice validation, finance coordination, and discrepancy resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience in project management or construction projects, including roles such as project manager, construction manager, procurement, vendor, or consultant.
  • •A construction-related degree (e.g., project management, construction management, architecture, design, engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • •Strong communication and leadership skills with experience people managing.
  • •Strong business acumen to drive client outcomes, develop new business, and coordinate with construction and design teams.
  • •Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to collaborate with regional teams and clients.
