  • •Lead cross-functional programs from intake through execution, managing scope, timelines, risks, and milestones.
  • •Build and maintain program roadmaps, detailed project plans, communication strategies, and executive-ready status reporting.
  • •Anticipate and manage dependencies and risks, driving resolution with clear stakeholder visibility.
  • •Use project management tools such as Asana to manage execution and maintain transparency.
  • •Partner with IT, HR, PMO, cybersecurity, and vendors to align programs with organizational goals and governance standards.

Key Requirements
