Key Responsibilities

  • •Model and produce drawings in Autodesk Revit (Buildings) or Bentley OpenBuildings/Microstation with limited supervision.
  • •Check and coordinate project BIM models and deliverables to meet client requirements, industry standards, and the project BIM Execution Plan.
  • •Check the completeness and accuracy of work before review by the Senior Engineer or designated senior team member.
  • •Follow coordination strategy and reporting using Navisworks and other coordination software, supporting the team through delivery.
  • •Assist in managing incoming/outgoing model and drawing information, organize work to meet deadlines, and keep current on software/techniques to improve productivity.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience of relevant Revit modelling.
  • •Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk BIM 360, Navisworks, and presentation software in a BIM environment.
  • •Computational skills including Dynamo/Grasshopper and Python.
  • •Knowledge of industry BIM standards, processes, and approaches, and ability to develop BIM content per BIM modelling standards and BEP.
  • •BIM qualification/diploma/bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and strong communication and analytical skills.
