•Set sales targets and motivate the sales team; establish daily, weekly, or monthly goals and encourage the team to achieve them.
•Prepare sales reports; responsibilities include presenting team performance and mission-related objectives to management.
•Direct and mentor the sales team to attain everyday sales objectives and ensure effective leadership on the floor.
