Key Responsibilities

  • •Own complex calendar management across multiple time zones for the Director and key leaders, triaging requests and resolving conflicts.
  • •Draft, proofread, and route executive-level communications (email, Slack, decks, memos) and serve as a trusted liaison to internal/external stakeholders.
  • •Plan domestic and international travel and manage expense reports, reconciliations, and corporate card compliance.
  • •Plan and execute meeting and workshop logistics, including agendas, pre-reads, AV/catering/room booking, and remote-participant experience.
  • •Track action items and OKRs across the EID portfolio, support onboarding/offboarding logistics, and maintain organizational artifacts like SharePoint/Confluence spaces and org charts.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of executive administrative experience supporting Director-level or above leaders, ideally in technology, financial services, or a regulated environment.
  • •Mastery of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) and collaboration tools (Slack, Confluence, Jira).
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to draft executive-level correspondence.
  • •Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities under pressure with high accuracy.
