Job Summary

Lead the Parts & Services Division (PSD) across Central Asia, driving strategy, profitable growth, and market share through aftermarket services, digital solutions, automation, rebuilds, service agreements, and training. Own P&L performance (revenue, profitability, EBIT, working capital) and monitor KPIs to drive operational efficiency and best customer experience. Build executive customer partnerships, develop high-performing cross-functional teams, and champion SHEQ and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the Central Asia PSD strategy, driving profitable growth and market share expansion.
•Own PSD business performance including revenue growth, profitability, EBIT, and working capital; deliver plans, forecasts, and corrective actions.
•Build and maintain executive-level relationships with mining customers and promote service agreements, rebuild solutions, technical services, training, automation, and digital offerings.
•Lead PSD operations across parts sales, technical support, service operations, reliability, workshops, and training while ensuring best-in-class customer experience.
•Build, coach, and develop a diverse high-performing organization and support succession/talent development, aligned with company values, The Epiroc Way, and Code of Conduct.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of experience in mining, heavy equipment, industrial services, aftermarket, or related industries.
•Proven success in commercial and operational leadership roles, including managing P&L and delivering profitable business growth.
•Ability to build strategic customer relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
•Strong leadership, coaching, and people development capabilities, including leading cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mining, Business Administration, or a related discipline (MBA is an advantage).
