Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, update, and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and playbooks to keep knowledge assets current and accessible.
  • •Support deployment of technical training initiatives, onboarding content, and capability frameworks, including coordination and adoption support.
  • •Translate enterprise frameworks into practical Product Development guidance and partner with subject-matter experts to codify best practices.
  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives tied to capability maturity across brands and regions.
  • •Search for discrepancies between brands, identify best practices, and preserve them across brands.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of Product Development processes and manufacturing fundamentals.
  • •Experience in documentation, training content development, or process standardization.
  • •Ability to structure information and produce clear SOPs, playbooks, and process documentation.
  • •1–3 years of experience in Product Development, manufacturing, or capability-focused roles.
  • •Fluency in English (written and verbal); Mandarin fluency is desirable.
