Job Summary

Support the capture, structuring, and deployment of Product Development knowledge and capabilities across a multi-branded Footwear & Equipment organization. Translate technical expertise and best practices into clear SOPs, playbooks, and training content to drive consistency and scalability. Maintain knowledge assets, coordinate technical training and onboarding, and partner with subject-matter experts to codify and continuously improve capabilities across brands and regions.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, update, and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and playbooks to ensure knowledge assets are structured, accessible, and current.
•Support the deployment of technical training initiatives, onboarding content, and capability frameworks, including coordinating learning materials.
•Reinforce consistent adoption of best practices, tools, and methods across teams and regions.
•Translate enterprise frameworks into practical, Product Development-relevant guidance and codify best practices with subject-matter experts.
•Drive continuous improvement by identifying discrepancies between brands and preserving the best practices across brands.

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of experience in Product Development, manufacturing, or capability-focused roles.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
•Experience in documentation, training content development, or process standardization.
•Strong documentation, facilitation, and presentation skills.
•Fluent English (written and verbal), with Mandarin fluency mentioned as desirable.
