Job Summary

Lead strategic remote program initiatives for the International Region, driving large-scale process improvement and innovation to transform service delivery. Oversee governance, performance evaluation against KPIs and strategic goals, and the adoption of scalable operational frameworks across international zones. Partner with executive stakeholders on policies aligned to business strategy and regulatory requirements, and manage change initiatives, technology adoption, and succession/talent planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Strategize and execute remote program and service operations initiatives aligned to departmental and long-term vision.
•Lead large-scale process improvement projects using AI methodologies to improve service quality, efficiency, and compliance.
•Coordinate with executive stakeholders to define and implement service operations policies and procedures aligned to strategy and regulatory requirements.
•Oversee governance of large-scale programs, ensuring execution meets organizational standards, compliance, and quality expectations.
•Drive change initiatives including adoption of best practices, new technologies, and operational frameworks; evaluate outcomes against KPIs and adjust strategies; represent the program in executive forums.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Science, Architecture, Engineering, or Business Management (or equivalent).
•10+ years of experience in a service organization in Healthcare, IT, or other tech industries.
•Experience building and scaling a remote service structure, including remote IT software installation and management.
•Experience running large-scale transformations and change management; knowledge of Lean or Operational Excellence methodologies.
•Experience leading a team of direct reports and partnering with senior stakeholders in matrix organizations.
